Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.

Start date: January / February 2023

Duration: 4-6 months

Academic requirements: At least four completed semesters at a top-tier university.

Your field of responsibility

You are interested in Investment Banking with a strong drive to contribute to the strategic development and financing activities of Swiss corporations? We invite highly motivated students to apply for this internship. As fully integrated team member, you will work closely with our investment banking professionals on origination and execution of M&A projects with a focus on Swiss mid-sized companies across all sectors. Your tasks will comprise supporting the team on financial analyses and valuation exercises, conducting research activities on markets and companies, preparing marketing materials as well as sales documents (information memoranda, management presentations, etc.), assisting the deal team on project coordination and various other process tasks. You will be given responsibility from day one, allowing for a steep learning curve and to interact with various stakeholders. In addition, you will also be exposed to various transactions in Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance.
