Act as client facing investment specialist promoting and retaining the entire range of investment capabilities with particular focus to our discretionary mandate shelf. Collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Office (CIO) and other investment- and wealth planning specialists to deliver holistic concepts and a truly outstanding client experience. Gather client advisor and client insights to drive innovation and deliver on our client promise of being personalized, relevant, on-time and seamless.

Your future colleagues

Join us in a challenging and interesting role as Junior Relationship Manager within the client-facing team in the International Wealth Management with focus on the Germany market. In this front role you will, as a partner acquiring and leading client relationships, providing advice on a broad range of investment products and services tailored to the needs of private clients. You will be handling complex client cases, products, and a broad set of tasks to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of services, including client management and retention. You will receive a client book where you serve different clients with their needs. You will work closely together with a strong team of relationship managers who have a focus on client satisfaction and growth of business. Your skills and experience

  • You describe yourself as confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with multiple business partners is what you enjoy and what motivates you.
  • You have a relevant master’s/bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in an area related to Business Administration or Finance
  • You have hands on experience management a client book with high number of private clients
  • You gained experience in working with clients and client-related processes within Credit Suisse and you are familiar with front systems, processes, and our banking products
  • Experience developing Investment porposals and advise your clients in investment decisions
  • Knowledge in processing client payments, stock exchange orders and any other transactions efficiently
  • You have the know how to prepare the opening and closing of bank accounts and ensuring excellent quality of all required documents, Due Diligence, KYC etc.
  • You display a strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions and hierarchies have enabled you in the past to deliver good results
  • You have a proficient knowledge of MS Office products
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good command in English, any other language is a plus
