In this role you will be responsible for training the global turbocharging service operations staff in Baden, Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of Global Service Operations Process and CRM Development you will develop, organize and deliver trainings of service operations white collar staff, covering all related global processes and systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and conduct local and global face to face trainings for different operations functions
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Establish training schedule in collaboration with the product training department
  • Get training courses organized by training administration
  • Organize, design and conduct regular webinar session
  • Support operations projects with tool- and process know-how
  • Support project teams during the rollout phase with trainings as required

Your background

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in an operations environment
  • Further education in adult teaching
  • Experience in designing face to face trainings and creating training content
  • Experience in designing digital training content
  • Affinity to work with IT systems
  • Experience with SAP S/4Hana is an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel globally
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills
