We are looking for a self-driven and positive personality with an analytical, result-oriented mindset to complete the Quality & Continuous Improvement team of ABB Turbocharging in Baden. As ‘Project Manager Digital’, you will lead projects with digital focus to leverage the potential of our new manufacturing execution system and drive quality of both our products and our processes. You will be part of a small team (4 persons) directly reporting to the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement, PG Highspeed.

Your responsibilities

  • Project lead & main contributor for connecting measuring devices and machines in production to MES HYRDA and SAP QM module, enabling continuous quantitative process monitoring
  • Support projects related to stochastic tolerancing and capability-based quality improvements
  • Project lead for small investments projects in Highspeed production and assembly with end-to-end responsibility from technical requirement specification to commissioning
  • Coordination with the value chain team to procure required services, materials and equipment
  • Support the smooth introduction of MES HYDRA through building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for MES related enquiries and escalation point for project issues

Your background

  • University degree (or equivalent) in engineering or computer science
  • Practical knowledge of MES HYDRA (MOC/AIP) and SAP QM module, ideally combined with proven experience in project management for digital solutions
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient PC-User (Office, SharePoint)
  • Fluency in English and German
