Your field of responsibility

The role is within the Change delivery organization covering Investor Protection & Sustainability programs from a regulatory and business perspective.

As a Project Manager, you will have an opportunity to support the Sustainable Investment program team, particularly in the roll-out to Credit Suisse’s International locations.

In this role, you will coordinate and support the delivery and operational readiness of the regulatory and business components outside of Switzerland, namely to the EU locations and offerings outside the EU. You will be responsible to ensure a common approach / strategy and align on any identified potential deviation.

This position entails high collaboration with the delivery teams, front office, legal, compliance and IT in Switzerland and in the International Locations, providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network.

Your skills and experience

You will be a good match, if you bring the following
  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably experience in Banking and Financial services, in regulatory change implementation with IT impact.
  • Knowledge of EU regulations related to sustainability amendments is a plus (i.e. MIFID II, EU Taxonomy, SFDR)
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to act with various stakeholder in different cultures and build trusted partnerships
  • Pro-active, results-oriented, able to work autonomously to tight turnaround schedules.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, other languages are assets
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
