Your field of responsibility

Join us as a fixed income strategist within the Investment Solutions & Products (ISP) team in our Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions (SRI) division located in Zurich. You provide a thorough assessment on Emerging market (EM) fixed income markets through detailed financial analysis. You actively contribute to the design of the EM fixed income investment strategy and identify process enhancement opportunities. You contribute to presentations as well as publications on EM fixed income strategy and communicate internally as well as with clients on proposed investment views. You collaborate with a wide range of teams within Credit Suisse globally, which provides a platform for you to be creative and to build up a career within a dynamic and state-of-the-art organization.

Your skills and experience

As ideal candidate you bring the following criteria with you
  • Higher education in economics, finance, or applicable field. Additional professional qualifications such as a CFA are a plus.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in EM fixed income sovereign and corporate credit.
  • A logical mind set with attention to detail and an ability to clearly present complex content to clients, peers and senior management.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling. Knowledge of Eviews, Matlab, and/or Python desirable.
  • Experienced in using financial market tools such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, colleagues and stakeholders of all levels of seniority and across functions/business divisions.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and have a strong drive to innovate in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage.
