Your field of responsibility

Being part of the IWM Strategic Projects department, which has the mandate to drive and manage key division-wide projects and regional strategic initiatives from definition to implementation
Drive key strategic initiatives, jointly with the Division’s management
The combination of specialization in the field of banking and wealth management further improving your strategy development, project management and leadership skills
Exposure to cutting-edge banking topics (e.g. changes in client needs and behaviors, international regulatory trends, impact of digitization)
The opportunity to play an active role in leading change in an industry-leading bank
Responsibility for ambitious transformational projects from strategy development, financial impact assessment through to implementation

Your skills and experience

A strong university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, finance economics or engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience; ideally with a focus on banking, or a successful track record in a strategic project environment with a credible strategy consultancy firm, investment bank or global financial services corporation
The capability to handle complex initiatives and projects as well as being able to influence and reach joint decisions
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured way of working and a record of developing/implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment
Drive, creative energy and enjoyment in generating new solutions to complex and challenging problems
First-rate interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with various partners across different hierarchy levels in a team environment
Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build excellent working relationships
Proficiency in English; German, French or other languages would be a plus but are not crucial
