Marketing Development & 360° Interns (customer experience, communication & analytics)
We are looking for 7 interns:
1 Premium face care - Immortelle (Divine, Reset, Precieux…)
2 Entry face care & hair care – We reveal (5 essential oils, Aqua reotier, Reine blanche, Cleansers…)
2 Body care - We grow (Shea, Almond, Verbena…)
1 Perfumed ranges EDT & Body Care - Art of scent (Cherry Blossom, Rose, Herbae par L’Occitane…)
1 Art of gifting (All commercial animations and permanent gifting limited editions linked to a commercial event)
With the below missions:
You are about to join an agile (“Scrum” approach) cross-expertise team (Marketing, Communication, Customer Experience, Data analytics) with the objective to integrate the consumer at the center of their 360 initiatives (product development, customer experience, communication).
You will help to build a product category through multiple 360 ways (range & new products concept, product development, retail & digital communication campaign, customer experience, consumer & business analysis).
You will grow in an international environment, highly competitive where innovation is key (product initiatives, testing, customer experience), and you will support the team in that mission.
Profile
Students looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship ( internship agreement mandatory )
Fluency in French and English is key
Previous internship experience in marketing or in a communication/merchandising agency is a plus.
Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment
Team player
At ease with both creative and analytical topics
Adaptability & flexibility, proactive, organized, management of priorities
- Starting Date : January 2022 for 6 months (full-time basis)
- Location : Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates), Switzerland
